I'd like to share with my experiences and thoughts about form what depends the success, what environment is around potential champions, what has any impact on. I'd like to explain that sometime it takes some time to be the best and it is process which should be calculated on 8-10 years rather than 3-5 years. I will share some mottos and some must dos and best important things to be a champion in my opinion.
